Christmas AssemblyWe had the most special and unforgettable Christmas assembly to mark the last day of Term One and to celebrate Christmas together with a special guest, Santa Claus.
Instead of taking a sleigh, Santa was flown in from Lapland to KBU football field in helicopter. He was accompanied by Mr. Honey-Jones, the headmaster of BSKL and two elves and arriving at school they were met by teachers and over 430 students. All students were delighted to see Santa and his elves.
Everyone was in great festive mood especially when all students sang Christmas songs with wonderful enthusiasm! Mr. Honey-Jones also took this fabulous opportunity to interview Santa, trying to unfold Santa’s secrets. The winners of the art competition from Year 1 to Year 7 were awarded with a fun ride on the helicopter which took place after the assembly.
It was indeed a great day for all. Thank you to parents who joined us in the assembly. Have a great holiday! |
